Regulations define the rules of providing services, responsibility and rules of staying in the Apartments, and they are an integral part of the agreement which is concluded by paying a deposit and later on by checking into the Apartments. By doing so, the Guest confirms that he has acquainted himself and accepts the terms and conditions of the Regulations, which apply to every Guest staying on the grounds of Molus Apartments.

The Hotel Day
The hotel day starts at 2 p.m. and ends at noon of the next day.

Checking in
In the Apartments you can check in from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Guest should make a payment for renting an Apartment on the day of arriving, during checking in.  There is an option of paying by card. We issue a VAT invoice at the Guest’s request.

Late Arriving
Guests arriving at the Apartments outside checking-in hours (from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.) are obliged to give the staff prior notice of the arriving hour.

Extending of Stay
There is a possibility of extending one’s stay in the Apartments after previous setting the time availability with the staff.

Cancelling of Reservation
In case when a Guest does not turn up in a booked Apartment, the paid in deposit is non-returnable.

Checking out
Guests are obliged to check out from the Apartment and return the keys to the staff before noon. In case of checking out before 8 a.m. Guests are asked to give prior notice of this fact to the staff and leave the keys in the mailbox situated on the tenement house.

Staying on the Apartments grounds
The Guest agrees to use the Apartment in a way which raises no reservations. All signs of inappropriate behaviour shall obligate the staff to check the Client out immediately and return no costs. The Apartments may refuse to accept the Guest who, during their previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations of the Molus Apartments by doing damage in the tenement house or in the property of Guests or did damage or disturbed the peace of Guests, employees or other persons staying in the Apartments. Guests are not allowed to make any changes in the Apartments and their furnishings. The Guest is held responsible for all kinds of damage or destruction of objects, fittings and technical equipment of the Apartment caused through their fault or fault of persons visiting them. The Guest should report the damage immediately after finding it out. The Guest is not allowed to transfer or sublet the Apartment to other persons, even when the time period for which they paid the amount due for stay did not lapse. Persons not registered for stay in the Apartment may be staying in it from 10:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m. it is your duty to check in that person and pay for each additional person staying in the Apartment.

Financial responsibility
Apartments are not held responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables and objects of scientific or artistic value. Personal belongings left inside the Apartment, after the Guest’s departure, will be sent back to the address indicated by him. In case when no such instructions are given, the Apartment will keep these objects for one month.

During longer stays the change of towel and bedclothes is made at the Guests’ request. On request, we make an iron, ironing board and hairdryer available.

Quiet Hours
In the Apartments you have to remain quiet from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day.

Smoking on the Apartments grounds
Smoking on the Apartments grounds is prohibited. In case of breaking that rule the Guest will be fined PLN 700.00 for the fire brigade’s arrival.

Animals are welcome to stay on the Apartments grounds free of charge. The animal’s owner, however, is obliged to keep it in a way that will not pose a threat to other Guests and the staff. Animals cannot stay on the bed. Moreover, you cannot leave animals unattended. Possible loss in the Apartments’ property will be liable to a fine which will be paid after the loss valuation. The Guest is responsible for removing any waste left by the animal on the Apartments grounds.

Guests of the Apartments can use the Wi-Fi which is free of charge.

Breakfast is served daily on the patio in the form of a Swedish buffet, between 7.30AM
and 9.30AM from Monday to Saturday and between 8.00AM and 10.00AM on Sundays.

We offer a 15% discount for orders from the Cafe Molus Café’s menu (the discount does not include breakfasts). On request, there is a possibility of serving orders from the menu to the Apartment.

The tenement house is fitted with a 24-hour firefighting monitoring and cameras. In every Apartment there is a marked evacuation exit. Each time the Guest is leaving the Apartment he has a duty to lock the door of the Apartment and of the tenement house.

General Rules
Information provided by Guests is necessary for reservation management and for sending information concerning products and services offered by the Apartments. Without giving the data by the Client, the Apartments cannot accept the reservation. Molus Apartments gather only personal details which are necessary for the reservation purposes.
